Terms of Service

Fitness Coach (coach.ndibestudio.co.uk) is operated by Ndibe Studio. By using this site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Fitness Coach is

A free exercise library, nutrition lookup, and ready-made workout plans, plus an optional Premium subscription (£11.99/month) that unlocks AI Coach: a personalised workout plan generated by an AI model based on your goals, equipment and any injuries or limitations you choose to share.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site, including AI-generated plans, is medical or physiotherapy advice. Exercise carries a risk of injury. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether an exercise is safe for you, check with a doctor or qualified professional before starting. You use any plan, free or AI-generated, at your own risk.

3. Accounts

You need an account to save a personalised plan or subscribe to Premium. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Free accounts can save one personalised plan at a time, whether it's from the free generator or AI Coach.

4. Premium subscription & billing

Premium is billed monthly in advance via Stripe, by card or Bacs Direct Debit. You can cancel anytime from your account page — you'll keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the details, including the immediate-access waiver you accept when you subscribe.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to bypass Premium access controls, scraping the exercise library or AI Coach at scale, reverse-engineering the service, or using it in a way that disrupts it for other people.

6. Content & AI-generated plans

Exercise instructions, images and the free workout plans are ours to use while you use the site. An AI-generated plan is produced for you individually based on your inputs — it's provided as-is, may occasionally be wrong or incomplete, and should be checked against your own judgement (and a professional's, where relevant) rather than followed blindly.

7. Third-party content

Some exercise names, instructions and images in the free library come from the wger project, an open-source exercise database, used under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license. That content remains subject to its original license terms.

8. Liability

Fitness Coach is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the site or any plan on it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence), or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the site anytime; to close your account or have your data deleted, contact us (see below). We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
