Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This page covers Fitness Coach Premium (£11.99/month), our only paid product. The free tier is, and always will be, free — there's nothing to cancel or refund there.
1. Cancelling anytime
You can cancel Premium at any time from your account page via the "Manage billing" button, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately: you keep full Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. Your account page shows the exact date access ends once you've cancelled.
2. The 14-day cooling-off waiver
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you'd normally have a 14-day right to change your mind and get a refund on an online purchase. That right doesn't apply once digital content has started being supplied with your consent — which is why, before you can subscribe, we ask you to check a box that says:
"I understand my subscription gives me immediate access to digital content, and I'm waiving my 14-day right to cancel for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013."
We log the date you tick that box. In practice this means: once you subscribe, we don't offer refunds for simply changing your mind, because you've told us you want AI Coach access straight away rather than waiting out the 14 days.
3. Rights the waiver doesn't affect
The waiver only removes the specific change-of-mind right described above. It doesn't affect your other statutory rights as a consumer — for example, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're still entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the service isn't provided with reasonable care and skill (for example, a fault that means Premium genuinely doesn't work as described). If that happens, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
4. Failed or disputed payments
If a payment fails (this can happen with Direct Debit, which takes a few business days to clear), Premium access pauses until it's resolved — you won't be charged for access you didn't get. If you spot a charge you don't recognise or think is wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can look into it directly.
